A single breach of a hard rule — daily loss, max drawdown, prohibited strategy — results in immediate disqualification with no warning or appeal.

Martingale & Grid
Doubling-down or stacked grid orders are not allowed — they hide risk and inflate variance.
HFT & Latency Arbitrage
Sub-second execution loops or feed-latency exploitation are flagged automatically.
Multi-Account Hedging
Hedging across multiple ACKOfunded accounts is treated as a single coordinated breach.
News Event Exploit
Trades within a 3-minute window around red-flag news events are not eligible for funded performance.

Consistency Rule
- Your most profitable trading day cannot exceed 30% of total profits
- This ensures genuine skill — not luck-based gambling
KYC & Verification
- All funded traders must complete KYC before first withdrawal
- Government ID + Proof of Address required
- Sanctions, PEP and adverse-media screening
Withdrawal Rules
- First withdrawal after 14 trading days on a funded account
- Bi-weekly payout cycle thereafter
- Minimum withdrawal: $100
- Methods: Bank Wire, Crypto (USDT/USDC), PayPal (region-dependent)
Account Inactivity
- Accounts inactive 30+ days may be archived
- Reactivation within 90 days via support ticket
Position Holding
- Overnight and weekend holding permitted unless restricted
- Be aware of gap risk and weekend volatility
- Subject to programme-specific exposure rules
