Introduction
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Participant”) and ACKOfunded.
Nature of Services
ACKOfunded provides a proprietary trading evaluation platform. We are not a broker, do not accept deposits, do not provide investment advice and do not offer custody.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You must not reside in a restricted jurisdiction.
Account Usage
- Single user account per Participant unless authorised in writing.
- Credentials are confidential.
- Sharing, transferring or selling accounts is prohibited.
Evaluation Programs
Evaluations include drawdown limits, loss thresholds and consistency requirements. Breach results in disqualification at our sole discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
- Latency exploitation and quote manipulation
- Arbitrage abuse
- Account sharing or co-trading
- Identity falsification
- Platform manipulation
Simulated Environment
All trading occurs in a simulated environment. Conditions may differ from live markets.
Payouts (Summary)
Payouts are subject to evaluation success, KYC, behavioural and fraud review. We reserve the right to delay or reject payouts where rule violations are present.
Fees & Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once trading activity has begun.
Intellectual Property
The platform, dashboards, content and systems are the exclusive intellectual property of ACKOfunded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACKOfunded is not liable for simulated trading losses, platform outages, third-party failures, force majeure or indirect damages.
Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ACKOfunded is licensed as a proprietary trading firm. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that jurisdiction's applicable law.
