General Principle
Evaluation fees are generally non-refundable once you have accessed the trading environment or executed any trading activity.

Refunds We Issue
- Duplicate or technically failed transactions.
- Pre-activation refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided no trading activity has occurred.
- Refunds owed under applicable consumer-protection law.

Refunds We Refuse
- Any account where trading activity has occurred.
- Accounts disqualified for rule violations or prohibited conduct.
- Requests outside the eligibility window.
- Fraud, identity inconsistencies or chargeback abuse.

Refund Process
Submit refund requests via support@ackofunded.com with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support will result in immediate suspension of all your ACKOfunded accounts and may be reported to the relevant payment networks.
