You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in ACKOfunded does not contravene any law applicable to you. Use of VPNs, proxies or false residency declarations to circumvent these restrictions is a material breach of our Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending payouts.

We use a combination of IP geolocation, KYC documentation and ongoing monitoring to enforce these restrictions. Discrepancies will trigger account review.

This list may be updated to reflect changes in sanctions, compliance guidance or our own risk policy. The current list always supersedes any prior version.
